How can I cancel or correct a bet at Pin-Up?
You usually cannot cancel or edit a bet after confirmation at Pin up, unless there is a clear technical error or the event is voided.
To try to correct a mistake:
- Check your bet slip: Go to “My Bets” in your account and confirm odds, stake and event.
- If event not started yet, contact support fast:
- Open Live Chat or Support on the Pin-Up website/app.
- Share your bet ID, event name and what went wrong.
- Ask if they can cancel or adjust the bet.
- If support refuses: The bet will stay active; you can sometimes place an opposite bet to reduce possible loss (if odds allow).
Note: For live bets and most pre-match bets, casino and sportsbook rules say “all confirmed bets are final,” so always double-check your slip before clicking “Place bet.”
