Why is my Pin-Up account blocked?
Your Pin up account may be blocked for security or rules violations. Common reasons are wrong password many times, unfinished verification, using someone else’s details, or suspicious activity in casino or betting.
To understand and solve it:
- Check your email/SMS – often Pin-Up sends a message explaining the block and what you must do.
- Try password reset – if it is only a login protection, click “Forgot password” and follow the steps.
- Contact support:
- Open the website or app.
- Go to “Support” or live chat.
- Provide your login, registered phone/email, and explain the issue briefly.
- Send documents if asked – usually NID/passport and maybe a payment screenshot.
Tip: Do not create a second account. It can cause a permanent block. Always use real data and one account only.
