Pin-Up app not opening – what to do?

If the Pin up app is not opening on your phone, try these quick checks:

1. Check internet connection

   • Make sure mobile data or Wi‑Fi is on and stable.
   • Try opening any other website or app to confirm.

2. Restart the app and phone

   • Close the Pin-Up app from recent apps.
   • Restart your phone, then open the app again.

3. Clear cache / update app

   • Go to Settings → Apps → Pin-Up → Storage → Clear cache.
   • Check if a newer version of the app is available and update it.

4. Allow required permissions

   • In Settings → Apps → Pin-Up, make sure basic permissions (storage, network) are allowed.

5. Reinstall the app
