How do I reset my Pin up password?
To reset your Pin up password, use the “Forgot password” option on the login page:
- Open the official Pin up website or mobile app.
- Click “Login”, then select “Forgot password?” under the login form.
- Choose reset method: email or phone number (the one linked to your account).
- Enter your email/phone correctly and confirm.
- You will get a reset link (email) or code (SMS).
- Open the link or enter the code, then set a new strong password and save.
After this, you can sign in again and access all casino sections.
Tip for users from Bangladesh: if you don’t see the email, check Spam/Promotions folder. Make sure you type the same email/phone you used during registration, otherwise the system will not find your Pin up account.
