My Pin-Up account looks hacked, what should I do?

If you suspect your Pin up account is hacked or someone else is using it, act immediately:

1. Change your password

   • Try to log in to your Pin-Up account.
   • Go to “Profile” → “Security” → change password.
   • Use a strong, unique password you never used before.

2. If you cannot log in

   • Click “Forgot password” on the login page.
   • Reset via email or phone SMS.
   • If reset does not work, contact support.

3. Contact support right away

   • Open live chat or email support from the website/app.
   • Explain that your casino account may be hacked.
   • Ask them to temporarily block withdrawals and check recent activity.

4. Secure your email and phone

   • Change email password and enable two-step verification.
   • Do not share OTPs or codes with anyone.
